Q: What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?
A: – For our branded items(under the Brand ready to ship of the navigation) , We accept order like 100pcs,and you can mix
order(each item each color not less than 5pcs.)
– For OEM order (customized logo ect.), we have thousands of the models have mould, in brass and silver material, we could accept order by 300pcs(mixed color available ); but for steel watch, MOQ 500pcs(mixed color available).
-For ODM order(customized designs and logo), we have our own 2D&3D team to support you fast development of the new model. MOQ is 300pcs for silver and brass watch, but 500pcs for steel watch. All could mixed color.
Q: What's the delivery time ?
A: – For branded items in stock , after you confirmed and made payment , 2~3 days we can delivery(except the holiday period, we could discuss in advance)
– For OEM/ODM orders, depends on the construction and the material, normally for brass and silver watch will take 35-40days; and steel watch will take 45-55days.
Q: How to arrange delivery ?
A: – If you have agent in China, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent.
– If you have no agent in China ,after you confirmed the order, we will update the freight to you and arrange shipment to you
after balance and freight pay.
Q: How about your products quality ?
A: – For all the branded items, we are using eco-friendly material and Japan movement, all we will test the waterproof 3ATM one by one.
– For OEM/ODM orders, we are available to manufacture the watches under customer requirement, please feel free to double check with us before confirmed order.
Q: Could I get some samples before make order?
A: Yes, we also accept sample order to check out the quality.
