To change the temperature unit, take off the battery compartment cover and place a AAA battery inside. The toggle switch, highlighted by the red arrow, can be found beneath the battery cover. Move this switch to set the default measurement from Fahrenheit to Celsius, switching from F° to C°.

This cooking thermometer features an 11.2 cm long probe that keeps your hands safe from burns while accurately measuring the internal temperature of meat. It has a large LCD screen for quick and easy readings. The thermometer can measure temperatures from -50 to 300 degrees Celsius (-58°F to 572°F), making it suitable for various foods.
